- Six tbs paste of panang curry
- Cooking oil
- 4 cups of coconut milk
- Boneless and skinless chicken breast, cut it into cube
- 2 tbs of palm sugar
- 2 tbs of fish sauce
- 6 pieces of lime leaves
- 2 red chile peppers, slice it lightly
- Half cup of basil leaves from Thai
How to Cook
This dish will need about 15 minutes preparation and 20 minutes cooking time
– Pour oil into your wok pan, wait a minute until it’s hot enough, fry the curry paste over small to medium heat. Do it until you can smell its fragrant.
– Pour the coconut milk into the wok, stir it carefully and wait until it boil perfectly.
– Add the diced chicken into wok, stir and cook until the chicken nearly cooked. It will consume around 15 minutes. Add fish sauce, palm sugar, and lime leaves, stir them all together for about 5 minutes. You may add some salt into the mixture if you think its saltiness is not enough.
