Ingredients:
- 2 medium potatoes
- Chopped cauliflower
- ½ cup green peas
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- ½ cup chopped capsicum
- 1 chili
- ½ teaspoon red chili pow
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala powder
- 1 tomato
- 4 pav
- Salt
- water
Instructions:
- First, you need to prepare Bhaji. Boil cauliflower, peas and potatoes until well-cooked.
- Heat up oil or butter in a pan, fry the onion until it smells good. Add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add capsicum for 3 minutes.
- Add tomato, fry until it looks soft.
- Add salt, masala and chili pow. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the veggies and stir well.
- Add water to give mushy texture. Cook well until you get desired consistency. Leave it.
- Slit the bun horizontally, leave one side intact.
- Heat the bun in a buttered pan. Toast the inner bun for one minute. If desired, sprinkle masala powder for a spicy inner pav.
- Garnish the bun with butter and onion; serve with bhaji while it is still hot.
