This Nestle toll house cookie recipe is going to bring you back to the time when you enjoy the freshly baked cookies served by mother or grandmother. With a glass of milk, this is what you need to do.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 ¼ cups flour for all purpose
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup softened butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 cups Nestle Toll House Chocolate Morsels
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven up to 375 Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, combine baking soda, flour and salt.
- In a separated mixer bowl, beat granulated sugar, vanilla extract, brown sugar and butter. Make sure it reaches creamy consistency.
- Add eggs at one time. While still beating, add flour mixture. Add also nuts and Nestle morsels.
- Drop the mixture into round shape (use tablespoon) in baking sheets you have prepared before.
- Bake for about 11 minutes or until they turn into golden brown. Cool the cookies before removing from the baking sheets. Transfer to wire racks to completely cool down the cookies.
