What is your favourite drink at Starbucks? We have good news for fans of Starbuck’s Frappuccino, especially Mocha Frappuccino. This seems to be many people’s favourite for it has quite refreshing and calming taste. The drink can be such a great companion for your work as well as spare time. Here we are about to share a copycat Frappuccino recipe from Starbucks. No more spending time to line-up in the counter as you only need 5 minutes to prepare one at home.

Ingredients:

  • 80 ml milk
  • 80 ml brewed coffee (or espresso shots)
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipping cream
  • Chocolate syrup for dressing

How to Make Mocha Frappuccino:

  1. Blend the ice cubes (as you desire) and chilled brewed coffee or espresso in a blender. 
  2. Add half cup of milk, granulated sugar and chocolate syrup.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Top with whipping cream and chocolate syrup to make it looks like Starbucks’
  5. Your Frappuccino is ready to serve.

Things to Note:

  1. Adjust the amount of ice cubes with your desire. Adding ice cubes means decreasing the strong taste of coffee itself.
  2. You have to make sure the coffee or espresso is perfectly chilled. Instead, it will not give you a perfect taste of Frappuccino.
  3. Add sugar as you like. One tablespoon is only average for most people. Your preference might be higher or lower.
  4. Choose kinds of milk as you like. It can be low fat, full fat, soy milk or other types of milk.
